Are there fines for overdue books? What happen if a book gets lost or is damaged? There are no daily fines for overdue books. If books are lost or damaged, they will need to be paid for. The library can't accept books bought to replace lost or damaged books because we need to order them from particular library vendors. Please see Mrs. Santoianni if you have more questions about this.

How long can books be checked out?Students may check out books for one week at a time. Students in 2nd grade and above may renew as many times they need to finish the book unless another student has requested that title.

All other students may check out two books at a time, unless given permission by the librarian to check out more. Usually around holidays and breaks, students are allowed to check out more than two books.
