It's CYRM Time Again!!

January means it's time for Monarch students to help decide which books will win the California Young Reader Medal Award for 2018. 1st - 3rd grade students will be reading the five nominees in the Primary category and 4th and 5th grade students will read the three Picture Book for Older Readers nominees. After reading all the books in their category, students will be voting for their favorite. Those votes will be sent to the state committee to be added to all the other California student votes in order to determine the winner. Keep an eye out for our voting booth so you'll know when it's time to choose your favorite!
